1. Scope of Agreement

Welcome to Kulaina Automation. By accessing our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Our services include the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of electrical panels and industrial automation systems.

2. Quotations and Tenders

All quotations provided via our Inquiry Portal are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. Technical specifications provided in project inquiries must be accurate; Kulaina Automation is not liable for system failures resulting from incorrect load data provided by the client.

3. Intellectual Property

The designs, CAD layouts, and technical documentation provided by Kulaina Automation remain the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our panel designs is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure 100% design compliance with IS/IEC standards, Kulaina Automation shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from power interruptions or improper handling of equipment by unauthorized personnel.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
